Guest criderh Posted November 3, 2007 Share Posted November 3, 2007 I've got a 1983 L28 turbo motor, and I am looking to build it up to handle 350 hp, -(obvious from the title, I kn:tongue:w)-. What kind of cost am I looking at, part numbers and methods of obtaing the parts are an absolute help. It's going in a 71 datsun 240z. jeffer949 Posted November 3, 2007 Share Posted November 3, 2007 ill do you a favor since i grew up close to you.... i grew up in newton and was in wichita all the time... first of all.. you have to search.. this has all been covered before. go to the turbo section and read up.. there is even a thread that tells you what you need to get to 350hp so go read and search and when you have a very very specific question that you cant find the answer to. then come back and we will be happy to help you... LeX Posted November 4, 2007 Share Posted November 4, 2007 I would say the easiest possible and safest way to get the power you want is to get higher capacity injectors, standalone fuel management, a good size front intercooler, larger turbo, larger fuel pump.
