psdenno Posted February 10, 2008 Share Posted February 10, 2008 Sometimes, there's a little adjustment needed to get the best fit. The rubber edge seal can cover many over-adjustments. In the "old" days when I bought my '71 Z, the available covers didn't have the edge seal and required drilling slots in the headlight pods to insert and epoxy the metal mounting hardware. The covers, themselves had to be ground down a bit to closely fit the contours of the pods. The process has gotten much easier.
