KenshinX
Is this T04E any good Im currently starting a L28Et setup and this is the turbo I would like, but other places quote me well over 600 bucks for a .63 model to push at 400rwhp why is this so cheap? Just curious. Someone who could explain this to me please help thank in advance. z or bust
Most cheap turbos like that on ebay really arent worth a dime. Some people have had luck with them but thats only a select few. What you want to look for is brand name turbos not just the no name ones. What kind of boost numbers are you looking to make? I have an Airresearch T04 that will make 40 psi. If interested send me a pm. I hope this answered your question.
KenshinX
Thanks yes it did after searching the forums and others I have learned that they have very cheap materials and build quality staying far away from them. Now I'm leaning towards the holsets because of their price. still deciding. Got my full donor 280zxt last week. Pulling the engine soon and will start building. Just wanted to know my turbo options besides the hybrid T3/T4 and T04E
z or bust
Yeah there's multiple routes you can take. I know alot of people on here use the Holsets. They are great turbos if you're looking to make more power out of the 6 banger. Its always good to do your research. Good Luck
