a6t8vw Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 hey guys my 18" wheels are killing me on tire price so im gonna go with the 16x8 +0 002 sport max like alot of you have.. my question - Is anyone running 245/50-16 on lowerd 4" springs? i would like to try and fit a 245 tires at least because right now i have a 265/35-18 on back right now and it seems to hook pretty well despite it being a 35 series. I know your saying "your already running 265!" yes but i have 18" wheels with +40mm offset and im running a custom 1" adapter in the rear and i have rolled the lip a little. whats funny is the rear lower spring perch is under Parallel with the top of my wheel.
