time to give up and start over?

ok its decision time..... i love this car. it all its rotted glory, i love it.

 

but i don't know if its worth it at this point to keep it.

 

i paid 250$ for it, so its not like im out a huge amount of money.....

 

it needs floors. and major frame work from the nose of the car to where the rear seats are (its a 2/2 for those who havent seen it).

 

the engine? needs a timing chain, and i have located an engine for cheap just to throw in in the meantime.

 

but there's rust in every nook and cranny of this car. i know old Z's are a labor of love, but i really have no place to keep this car (its been at the dealership i work at, but people are starting to bitch about it) and its going to be a LONG time before i can get started on the floors and frame, nevermind getting it running right.

 

so here's my dilemma.

 

1.do i try to sell it to someone who will get use out of it either as a resto project or a parts car?

 

2.do i just throw my arms up and junk it?

 

3.or do i just let the car sit until i can finally get to it and put the proper time into it?

 

i can't part this car out either, because it has to remain movable.

 

and i really want to sell it to someone who will get some use out of it, and put the money towards another 2/2 that runs and isnt as bad.

 

any advice is greatly apreciated.
