panachedk
ok, im going nuts, i cant get my zedd findings floor pans to fit very well. im reluctant to cut too much off the actual car its self, anyone have a picture of how much they cut before they welded in their new pans? this is for a 75 280z. thanks guys
mark
Cut out just the rusted part. Cut the part needed from the new pans and patch. I would not remove any solid metal on the car just so you can use all the new pans. others will disagree, just my experience.
panachedk
on the passenger side there was pretty much no floor under the tar stuff so it seems to me that id be better off using the whole thing. otherwise id agree with you 100%
NCchris
What I did: On the second pix, you can kinda see how far up the tranny tunnel I went. I had a lot of rust in this area. Hope this helps.

FastRabbit24
Hey Ncchris, what did you use to make your rotisserie. If you would, can you post pics and a description of how you made it and the needed materials. Thanks
NCchris
Hey Ncchris, what did you use to make your rotisserie. If you would, can you post pics and a description of how you made it and the needed materials. Thanks Check my gallery, pix there. My rotisserie was a material handling stand that supported some sort of contraption for sorting or packaging something. Boss got it for junk. All I had to do was split it apart and weld on the bearing parts. If you'll pm me you email, I'll send more pix.
