It is composed of about 20 chapters, each an individual PDF file of 0.5 to 10 megabytes. I might be able to send a chapter or two at a time. Which topics are of the most interest? roger.svoboda Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 check the zip file size first should be 60 meg or so. make sure you are unzipping it to the correct directory.
