Guest mtj71Z Posted July 22, 2001 Share Posted July 22, 2001 hi, im putting a 327 in my 240, and was looking around for a transmission that is cheap and will work. i probably wont mod it over 350 hp. im not going to drag race or try for 10 sec times, just a little fun on the street i guess. 4 or 5 speed, i think 6 is more then i want to spend on it so can anyone give me a few hints? thanks, mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However when you start figuring up what it costs to fix a broken T5 a couple of times the more bulletproof T56 starts to look awful nice....
