Kirby260
Hey Guys, I have done some searching, and did find some mention of this but no definitve answer. What are the differences between the 240z and 260z (Australian, same as '76 280z) front hubs? I was looking through a brake cataloge and a 240z rotor has a height of 52mm, whereas a 260z rotor has a height of 43.5mm. Are the 260Z hubs thicker? or are they just a different offset? I ask this question because Ross offers aluminium front hubs (5x4.5) but they match the 240Z geometry. What is going to change on my car if I was to use these? Six_Shooter
To use the 240 hubs you also need 240 rotors. There was a change in the rotor "hat hight" (I'm sure there's a better term), and because of this the hub thickness changed.
