Guest Anonymous Posted December 14, 2001 Share Posted December 14, 2001 OK, so I bought a compelte Z v8 project from a guy but it had a REALLY crappy tranny in it: The dreaded "200 Metric". It gets mushy once it's hot and will leave me stranded eventually so I'm replacing it with something a litle more robust - a 700r4. I'm trying to just go really slow and do everything right the first time. Here's the transmission I want to put in: click here. It's a TCI Streetfighter 700R4. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this particular tranny, this particular company, or knows wether this specific tranny will work in my 78 + chevy 350.
