sdj02
I have a 1983 280zx with a 318 dodge v8. I recently got this car, and when driving on the highway it will bottom out sometimes. I have been searching for spring replacments, but everyone I have found will lower the car. I do not want to do this. Is my problem struts, springs, or both? What are my options to beef up the front end to keep from bottoming out? I know my struts are weak. Could this be my whole problem? Any recomendations would be helpful. Thanks!! johnc
Shocks first, then springs. Also, make sure you buy and install new bump stops when you get your shocks.

John, What shocks would you recommend for my use? I see on your web page you have different choices. Could I go with the $58 shocks and use my stock springs for now? Thanks!!
