toffee
If one's objective is to build a S30 that weights around 2100lbs all in, with an engine that produces around 200hps/wheels and with reasonable torque. Ideally decent weight distribution too. Is this doable? and how to do it?
tannji
Toffee, Welcome to the site! I am replying in the nicest way I know to let you in on the guidelines this site lives by, before one of the Admins does so in a way that may or may not hurt your feelings. Please visit and read the rules here: http://forums.hybridz.org/announcement.php?f=93&a=2 #2 and #3 are the two that might best appy to your post. As far as your question, 2100 pounds is pretty light, but the rest of it has been done many times. It's all here and in great detail. Search and read up... then your posts or questions will reflect what you found, and possibly what you still need answered. Or, do what I do, just read all new posts every day for 5 years... and let everyone else answer the questions for you = )
cygnusx1
240Z. Stripped. Replace steel parts with aluminum/carbon fiber parts wherever possible, light wheels, basic L24 built up the common N/A way, fiberglass body panels where possible, and you might get the weight down where you want it. Good Luck and keep us posted. SEARCH, this is the right place for you to be.
