Turbo Oil Pipe Fitting

Can anyone help?

I replaced my standard R32 ceramic turbos with 350hp Garret Ballbearing turbos which supposedly were a straight changeover for the originals. As it has turned out there are a few small differences. One I am trying to solve at the moment is the oil pipe fitting. The replacement turbos have a different shape foot and farther apart bolt holes than on the original (see attached photos - the first photo shows the foot of the OE turbo, the second the OE oil pipe fitting and the third the new ball bearing turbo foot which is more angular and bolt holes are farther apart). Does anyone know whether you can buy the correct oil pipe fitting to match the new turbos - someone thought it was an N1 fitting?

Anyone had the same issue - I could slot the oil tube fitting but I'd rather not and also the pipe direction of the fitting will not clear the new turbos
