auxilary Posted December 26, 2008 Author Share Posted December 26, 2008 I picked up the 91/59 at a local store (irvington arms) for $70, if memory serves. bolt/pin were in excellent shape, and barrel was super shiny. Challenger Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 Yeah, any gun that shoots fine for $70 you better buy! For the money which do you like better, the Mosin or the SKS? I have a bolt action rifle already and have been looking at the SKS's. Looks like you can get one in good condition for about $250-300. It's not a safe queen, i take it out with me all hte time to the range. SKS is pretty fun, predictable kickback.
