240sx lsd in a 240z?

Would it work without major fabrication headaches? I performed a search but didn't ever come up with a clear answer. :confused:

 

There's a 240sx LSD for sale on Ebay right now.

It is as DAW said yes but if you transfer the carrier out you will also need to swap the side stubs(is the name correct)as they are not the same as the old R200 side stubs. The Z32/240sx used CV halfshafts and thats where things start to get tough. I am trying to use the new ones by cutting off the CV cup and welding on a plate that I will drill for mounting up with u-joint half shafts. The car is still on the rotissery(sp?) so it will be a while to see if it works.
