Guest Anonymous
What would happen with 85-
Guest greimann
85w-140 is good for +10 deg f. to over 100 deg. F. 80w-90 is good for -20 deg. F. to 100 or less. Pick the viscosity grade for your appropriate climate.
80LS1T
I was just going to ask this question! So since I am only driving my car in the summer months I should go with the 80W-90? Also should I use syntheic or normal oil? Guy
Guest greimann
80w-90 would be the best chioce all year around in Wisconsin. Conventional oil will be fine. Synthetic gear oil can perform better at temperature extremes, either low or high, but daily driving in the summer should not warrant the need for synthetics.
