GOTHALOSISM
Well to make my car an even more a hybrid. I came across this and thought it might fit on the shaft. Boy was I right, it just slipped on and tightend down. Now All I have to do is hook up the horn button... Enjoy!!! ( Can you guess what its from?) Administrators BRAAP Posted April 5, 2009 Administrators Share Posted April 5, 2009 Style is post '70's, if it is an OE wheel, it will be pre '91, i.e. no air bag. If this is an OE wheel, a Shelby car for the '80's. The only that come to mid are the FWD Mopars, CSX, Charger, Omni,... CSX; Charger; Omni GLH; Here is a Shelby CSX steering wheel. Similar style, engravings, etc, but 4 spoke vs 3 spoke...

Dan Juday
My first new car was an '85 GLH turbo. It had a stock Omni wheel. FYI it was an absolute kick in the pants to drive. Reliability of a Fiat though (yea, I had a few of those too).
GOTHALOSISM
Good eyes... Its from a 1988 Daytona CSX-T In other words the super rare Shelby Daytona version of the 1968 Mustang 350gt-H It was rented out by Hertz Car Rental as well and only 1000 were made. Good thing is that it fits on the steering column with no mods, it just bolts right on with the stock nut.
