burninator Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 I searched for a solution, but haven't been able to find anything. I used an alternator from a '77 to replace the broken one in my '72. Now my car won't stop running when the ignition is switched off. I had to unplug the t-plug from the alternator. I'd be really appreciative if somebody could point me in the right direction.
