nick77 Posted May 9, 2009 Share Posted May 9, 2009 i personally being a tranny rebuilder would stick with the 4l60e (aka 700r4 w/electronics) the 4l80 is uber heavy and way to heavy duty unless you plan on towing huge stuff with your z, anyway the 4l60 can be modified to handle rediculous amounts of power with upgrades just find a tranny shop in your area that will build you a performance unit or buy a tcs or monster transmisson or what ever you have down there, trust me worth the money Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
