young_one Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 I'm asking because my driver side casing is severely striped at the gland nut, PO ran the car with a blown out shock. I've been to several JYs and there's only a 77 with a pass. side. From what i can see they should interchange. i just want reassurance or warning. evildky Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 nope, can't be reversed, you can however cut the threaded sectin off of that pass side unit and weld it to your driers side unit, pretty much the same operation as sectioning the strut housings Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
