MetalThrashingMad Posted July 6, 2009 Share Posted July 6, 2009 I'm well on my on a resto for my '71, and I have the heater box completely out and taken apart. All the foam rubber is rotten/gone, some of the cables are broken and the heater core leaks like a sieve. Has anyone successfully used an entire heater box from a different car for one of these 240z's? Something with a better fan and improved flow? I have a lot of fabrication skills and practise, so knowing what box from what car will fit under the dash would be a very useful bit of information for me It's kind of something that you can't really use trial and error for, ya know?
