r32 diff confusion

The diff is starting to go on my Z so its time for a new one.

Currentley have a open r200 diff with horrible gearing.

I found a cheap R32 GTR LSD diff.

I plan on either

A) bolting up the diff as a whole unit, getting my driveshaft extended and making custom diff front mount.

or B) putting the LSD into a open r200 longnose diff with better gearing.

My question is, what do I use for axles? I heard the R32 diff has a 31 spline count, I have acces to a lathe and can do turning or even milling, if it makes a difference.

Thanks

Sweeet. I'm guesing I'll need 4 iner cvs from r32? And use the mm adaptors?

I'm guessing the r32 axles will be too long? Any possibility to shorten them?

Personally... when I'm ready to do the install of my 4;11 clsd from the R32 GT-R I have, I will be just having the axle center bar's cut down on one end, then have the splined ball bearing race portion that's inside the inner cv's (I'll still be using 4 inner cv sets as needed), pinned and welded on the axle bar (to save on re-spline/ new shortened center bar's) on one end, then reassemble....

I have a pair of MMS R230 6 bolt companion flanges that fit the 280z stub axles, so this shouldn't be to gawd awfully expensive of a swap going this route....
