Delasangre4231
So now that I replaced the bad fuel injector I have a sputtering between 2500 and 3000 RPM, all gears, only when the temp gauge goes over half. There isn't a huge loss of power but its noticeable. I have been looking for vacuum leaks but I cant find any. I think maybe my fuel pump is going out but would that cause this between specific RPM? JessZ
It will not hurt to check, clean and add dielectric grease on all sensor connection. These wires and connectors get brittle and worn. If there is a loss of voltage the car will run poopy. Also, those wires to the injectors are pretty thin, did you get a good connection. Another, thing as the motor warms there is more potential for the injectors to leak. You could let your car warm completely, and with the hood open rev the throttle up and check to see if any other injector leak. $.
