Guest Fast Frog
I know that this was covered about a yr ago. What specific type of remote selenoid is needed to avoid heat soak from the hdrs being so close to the starter and its selenoid. As I remember, you could get it at Summit. I bookmarked the wiring schematic that was posted when this question was raised at that time.
Dan Juday
No, Ross is not advocating stealing other peoples cars. That's Canadian for "jumpering".
Peternell
Ford V-8 soleniod. About $10 @ NAPA. One $.25 brass piece to jump accross the Chevy soleniod and starter connections.
Modern Motorsports Ltd
"Ford V-8 soleniod. " Pick/ask for a heavy duty one from their biggest truck motor or similar...mines stood up fine and is a great relay from which all my juice is distributed. (and if your battery is tucked away mid-car this point can be your 'boost' point should it ever be needed...been very handy for me to boost and be boosted on occasion)
