Both have straight plugs but with the new dart heads, my spark plug boots sit right on the freakin header. Buying wires everytime I dont want my car to run like ass is a real pain. The only though i had was Taylor makes a spark plug wires that is covered in SS braid and has built in heat shields and stuff. that might work for ya. auxilary Posted July 15, 2001 Share Posted July 15, 2001 you can either construct a heatshield like most stock cars have, or you can do header wrap.
