Tim240z
I am totally rewiring the V8 Z this weekend and I am not sure on where to put the fuses on the circuits that have relays. Do I put a fuse inline on the wire going from the battery to the relay, or do I put the fuse inline on the wire from the power to the switch which feeds the relay, or both. For example: Do I put a fuse on the wire from the headlamp switch to the relay, or from the power to the switch, or from the power supply to the headlamp relay? Both seems a little overkill, but I am just not quite sure. Thanks, Tim
Guest kc6wfs
Hi Tim, I would do a fuse link from the bat to the relay then fuse after the relay. Thats what I did with my fans. Covers both ends. Dave
