dtaylor Posted October 24, 2009 Share Posted October 24, 2009 So I'm rebuilding a 73 240z. I bought the car over three years ago. Car did not run and came with 2 different keys. So into my build I replaced the ign switch assembly with a new one. Now that I have the body painted I wanted to rekey the door and hatch locks to the new Ign switch. Well the Lock smith says I have two different style locks. The door lock can be rekeyed to work but not the Pass side or hatch lock. Does anybody know what I need to match with the new ign lock? I'm thinking that in the past the driverside was replaced. Maybe that's why the driverside door lock can be change to work. Any idea's ???
