opie
Is the electric fan (on the front of the radiator) of an 82 turbo supposed to come on when the AC is switched on or is it therm controlled? Mine does not come on when the air is switched on. The thermostat and fan clutch have been replaced and the temp still climbs high when the air is on in traffic. Doug. Mike kZ
Sounds like someone added that fan on there, it's not stock. But to help your AC out, it should be on when the AC is on.
opie
Actually, they are stock. I've found that it's supposed to come on when AC is switched on, but I need to know where the fan relay switch is located. Not the AC relay switch, but the fan relay switch. My last turbo car's fan didn't work, but the car never got much past half way on the temp guage under any conditions--it was a manual trans if that matters.
