New coils required adjusting cam sensor to get timed, did I throw off injector timing

Sorry for the long title but I am having difficulty condensing the information. Bear with me, this post will have some background in it.

I run an Apexi' power FC plug and play computer on my rb25det. I was having trouble with the stock coils and wanted to upgrade to LS1 coils. I did the conversion but had to crank the cam angle sensor over pretty far to get the timing dialed in. As a matter of fact, I am about to the end of adjustment in one direction.

Now, my concern is this..

I now have the timing dialed in properly, and all seems good. What about the injectors? I had to advance the CAS to get spark at the right time but did I screw up the firing time for my fuel injectors? Or is this inconsequential.

Thanks guys, this has been bugging me.
