part #s for wiring harness

Several guys have emailed me for the part numbers I used for my re-wire of my 240 LT1. So here it is:

 

Go here to Waytek's website and enter the part number

(remember, I wired mine for LT1 conversion and am not running wipers).

 

 

1:Relays. I used 14, you may need less, depending on your application.(part # 75002)

2:Flasher Relays: I used 2 (left and right turn signals), no 4 way hazards.(Part # 42011)

3:Fuse Block: One needed. Has 2 power inputs, so I ran 4 fuses with constant power and 16 with ignition only power.(part #46074)

4: Output terminals for fuse block.(1 bag, gives plenty of leftovers).These are required for the above fuse block. (for 16-14 gauge wire, part #31037)

5: Optional stuff:

Part#20970: Cold shrink tape

Part#21010: Electrical tape

Part#22288: Heat shrink tubing kit

I had a bunch of wire that I got from work. It is all 14 gauge, but anything from 14 to 18 will work.

 

I bought a bunch of spade terminals (insulated male and female from Home Depot, but they are also available from Waytek Wire).
