I started a project a few months back to convert my 79280zx dash cluster and 3 gauges to LED's. I counted all the bulb sockets i would need to fill, and i went to an electronics store and lets just say the prices i was looking at, made me stop right in my tracks. I armed myself with this article from ThirdGen.org http://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/tech/leddash.shtml I think most of you should have a look at this.
