calisao80
I'm about to do a auto trans to 5 speed swap on my 1971 240z. Has anyone made a tutorial on this process? What parts will I need? Thanks for the help.

MAG58
Don't forget throwout bearing collar and clutch fork from the same transmission. Search around, I'm sure this has been done before on here, probably even on your MY.

niner11
I did this swap about 5 years ago on my 74 260 auto using a 78 5speed. If I remember correctly the drive shaft out of the auto worked fine. BTW, there is a collar that sits on the aft end of the crank that needs to be removed before the pilot bushing is installed. Best mod that I have done to my car...other than a turbo and MS. Chuck
