Guest ZSource
Has anyone done a complete convertible conversion for the '70 to '78 Z body style including installing a soft top and a removable hardtop? I'd like to do one on a 1974 Fairlady Z project car that's not worth restoring. ------------------ Ben Herman
pparaska
Scott Bruning of ZTherapy has a video for doing this. http://www.ztherapy.com/convertibles.htm Pretty cool video, and the price is right. ------------------ Pete Paraska - 73 540Z - Marathon Z Project pparaska@home.com Pete's V8 Datsun 240Z Pages
Guest scca
i believe scott's made the most.. i made 3 where i used to work. havent seen a real nice hardtop yet though. there are a few FGlass converisons floating around as well. depends what you want it to look like in the end. Scott's uses the hatch to make a trunklid. mine is a real trunklid and the body is rounded not flat on top. lots of pics on the site. ------------------ Mike mike@fonebooth.com http://www.fonebooth.com/brakes.html raceparts and brake upgrades.
