putang29
has anybody ever done this? im interested in getting rid of the stock turbo setup and running some supercharged power through it, mainly a daily driver, but drift when i can. putang29
well I see that is it getting a decent amount of attention, now will anybody post if they have ever seen it done or anything similar to an attempt?
RB20DET_Z
What would be the point of supercharging it instead of running a more efficiant turbo? Putting an rb25 turbo on is plug and play, not costly, and you see boost low enough in the revs for lag to be a non-issue. After all the money spent fabbing up a SC system you could have done much better with an upgraded turbo and fuel system. If your argument is more immediate torque reponse for drifiting, a properly sized turbo, well tuned engine out of boost and a good driver can easily compensate for such an issue. So I ask again, what would be the point?
