skib
Its got Nissan factory casting but this is an odd stamp, anyone have any info/seen it before?
Xnke
Looks like an aftermarket regrind, because of the writing/engraving on the back of the cam; although that stamp might possibly be some kanjii? Cool anyway; can you measure the base circle and lobe lift?
skib
Ya thats what weve been thinking, or possibly an L20A cam?

evil_datto
L20A cams use the same stamping as L2 (A,B,C), as well with no stamp at all.
Administrators BRAAP Posted February 8, 2010 Administrators Share Posted February 8, 2010 (edited) That stamp is the common US spec "K" stamp. I highlighted the entire "K" in your pic and below that is a K cam I had in my stash of cams for reference. Might be reground "K" cam, quick measurement of the lift will at least tell you if it is a larger-than-stock regrind or not. As mentioned early, mocked up in long block with a valve and rocker, degree wheel, and dial indictor, you could plot the lobe profile...
