Guest Anonymous
I don't believe I've seen her rear end.. Oh... On the car..I get it Seriously though, this was mentioned real recently, I think you can find the lenses easy enough, some year Vettes had them, someone mentioned even semi truck lenses. The rest of it is fabrication. It would probably involve setting in the new lights and light buckets in the back sheetmetal and making new rear panel finishers (the three piece deal in the back most people remove and paint either body color or black). Guest Anonymous
Nice re-bound Lone, kinda the way I try to be suave at the local Hooters club, "delightfully tacky, yet unsophistocated". I think I got one of the girls talked into giving me an old work shirt just to have sos I can have it conspicuously yet haphazzardly in my hamper in the bathroom on 8-ball night with the guys..... Guest Anonymous
Having a Hooters Tshirt hanging from the hamper for your buddies to see? Priceless.. Regards, Lone PS: Tacky and unsophisticated, Hey I resemble that remark!

Guest Night_rider_383
I plan on useing round tail lights and the way i was thinking was to remove the stock lights, weld in a filler panle that i done cut the 4 holes in and mounted drain pipe light buckets. This panel will smooth out the back (no dip ins in the middle like stock), mount my bubble style corvette lights in a way where they are "frenched" in the drain pipes, grind the welds flush with the body and use body filler if needed to smooth it on out. Aint sure on tag mounting yet maybe in the middle of the lights or down on the bumper in the middle
Guest Anonymous
That sounds pretty cool. I wanted to (and maybe one day will I donno, make a flush back panel like the last generation 300zx's. It would be blacked out except for the brake/reverse lenses (which would keep they're traditional shape for a 72) and the license plate under the middle section. Might look kinda clean all flushed up with the back of the body. Regards, Lone
