i need some help with a question about what bearings to replace in the tranny, thanks!

when im really stepping on the gas my tranny has a noise like something is bouncing around in a very tiny amount, but there is a vibration like a bearing is worn, wich bearings should be replaced if there is 360 play in the tranny under decent load, thanks in advance

All of them. If you're paying a shop to do it, it'll cost like 40$ more, because most of the work is in the disassembly and reassembly. If you are doing it yourself, you might as well do them all because like i said, the work is in the disassembly and reassembly.
