DavyZ
Very clean looking Z. In this case 'yellow' does mean 'fast!' If that is a body kit, why are they not available from regular sources? Seems strange to have to go overseas to get a kit for a car that we have the most of. Pity. Davy
jeromio
Those look very much like Porsche wide body (turbo) rear fenders. Much like that other, purple Scandanavian Z that someone posted a link to a few months back. As I recall, for the purple car, the builder posted a reply that stated that they were steel. Not exactly a kit.
KAZU
Thank you for the link! The car has all I want to do except exterior Anyway I got some info from pics. I was just in trouble with the TWM throttles. The throttle wire did not work well so I temporary installed triple-weber-type rod linkage. I thought wire pulling at one linkage would have trouble in synchronizing of three throttles. The car should be with wire throttle operation! I'll try to fit it again Regards, Kazu -- 71z with DTA P8Pro (yes, with EFI now)
Guest dankinzle
I e-mailed the guy who made that kit for the car a while back and he said it was being mass produced by someone, but when I contacted that company they said they were producing it, but never came through. That front has always been one of my favorites.
Kimi
I have seen this car in a sportscar magazine a couple of years ago. I have to check if I still got the magazine. I think there was a 4-page story about the car. The rear fenders are from a Porche. Kim
