Cunnz240
Ok so I have a L28ET in a 73 240z. I currently have the 280zx harness and computer in the car, but the harness is in poor condition and the engine runs poorly. I now have a complete 88 turbo harness and ecu and am trying to swap it into the car. I have already done all the distributer work so all thats left is finding all the connections for the harness. What im having touble finding is the location of the ignition wire that turns the ecu on. Also I cannot find where the output wire to the fuel relay is. Any help/ tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -S
Blobber
How did you do the distributor work? Can you tell me the pins which you connected? The pins which turns on the ecu is pin 65. fpr coil side(the terminals, which active the relay) is connected betweeen pin 20 and switched 12v. Cunnz240
I just switched the internals of the distributers out and ran it into the same harness using the z31 distributer connection. Ok so pin 65 is connected to a switched 12v power to turn the ecu on? And pin 20 goes to the FPR that is controlled by the ecu?
