I always wanted a MSA air dam for my car but always wondered if there is a cheaper way to do it... So here is my idea... Can I build a frame out of chicken wire and then build it up with starched paper like paper machae? (I dont think i spelled that right) after it is done maybe varnish it to make it smooth and then use that as a mold for fiberglass? what do you guys think? stupid? mikcey mouse? or it might actually work? Guest Anonymous Posted April 7, 2002 Share Posted April 7, 2002 You can probably find a used one cheaper and faster than the chicken wire,paper and varnish. ocbaar@yahoo.com has a urethane spoiler for a 280 Z that you could get cheap!(looks like you have a 240 though) and no idea is stupid or mickey mouse as long as those brain cells are generating electricity and pondering the mystery that confounds us all /machinery ?
