"brighter" but i guess they are pulling to much cuz my fuse keeps overheating and melting my fuse box when i turn my lights on. what do i do change them out again???? headache!! i need to call the company because they werent cheap and im not to happy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MONGO510 Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 The gauge lite bulbs do not draw near enough current to heat up your fuse. If the fuse block is heating up you have high resistance at the fuse holder or an overly large fuse. Soaking the fuse block in vinegar will clean the connections, or you may want to run a separate fuse holder for that circuit. T-Bone028 Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Also, look into the parking light harness relay kit...its only like $60 and pretty easy to install and will save your combo switch and fuse box from unnecessary strain.
