I've always wanted one, looking for a rust free (at least mostly) car. Needs to be solid and look nice. I have an "allowance" of $4500 MAX... but would like to stay under 4k. I also have a 400+whp Saab I might trade and add cash for the right car... ( http://columbia.craigslist.org/cto/1903538933.html ) Turbo swap is a plus, might consider a V8 IF it's well done and not bastardized like many I've seen. Either way, if you have or know of one somewhat local, let me know.... I've been on here searching without finding much, I wish people would put their location in the subject!!

You wont find any turbo Z's in that price range here in Columbia, if any turbo Z's at all. I think I probably have the fastest Z car here in Columbia (it's actually a ZX) that is not a full out drag car. I'm always on the lookout for them though. I'll let you know if I come across any.

 

(I don't mean to sound cockey BTW. I'm just saying that if you are looking for a quick Z car, there are not many around here.)

No problem.... I've noticed they're pretty much non-existent... i can travel a state away if need be....... I wonder if I've seen yours, there's a nice zx in my neighborhood somewhere, gold color, I've seen it have some work being done over the years. Do let me know if you happen to see any. I could settle for a n/a, but am also addicted to boost.

What part of Columbia are you in? And yes, I have been working on my for quite some time. It is has been in the paint booth for the past 3 months.....hopefully it comes out soon.

Hi I have 280 ZX 83' BEAUTIFUL rare kit spent over 10k on it engine tuning, interior, sound system, sway bars, brakes, racing springs, paint job, aero kit till afew years ago a week after out of the shop a tractor trailer cut me off and "kissed me just a bit" in the front bumper kit and rip it off, the hood was a bit crumble, but that's it I have replaced the hood and fender still needs the front bumper I have parts to be assemble but the project who was 100% completed now is at 80% for some one who wants it, I now have a kid married and a mortgage, I cant afford to finish it again! at least not now. It was garaged up until this winter(my wife was fed up with it! needs a starter or alternator? it does not click on start, it has new battery. I will take 3k
