Hey fellow z-ers! got the lady running and i wish i could just run the exhaust the way it sits, (straight out of the elbow) , but living in california, police will be on my ass in a heart beat. I just wanted to know what are you guys running from the turbo back, oem or aftermarket elbow and downpipe modified to fit or just a full on custom turbo back put together and welded from scratch. I do want to run a 3" Apexi n1 straigt thru muffler, but i am open to suggestions for alternative mufflers, aslong as they sound loud and nasty (in a good way). Please include pipe size and the degree of the angles used if at all possible.. Thanks for reading!

I'm running 3in from the turbo back to a flowmaster. I grabbed some 45,90 and straight pieces from summit and cut and tigged up my exhaust. I used all mandrel bent pipes and with a little time I had a perfect free flowing exhaust.

so you just modified your stock downpipe past the flange? how do you like your flowmaster?

I'm running a holset hx35 turbo. I had to make a custom down pipe off the turbo. The flowmaster sounds good I like it.It's not to loud or too quite.

what did you do for the dp before you went with the holset?

I used the stock down pipe and made exhaust from there. At that time I was running 2.5in pipe. I stiil have the cast down pipe (i think)
