ToplessZ
Hey guys I recently acquired some newer vette rims from ebay. 18x10's in the rear and 17x8.5's in front for the sum of 212 bucks however the chrome is peeling in places and I want to remove it. Is there an alternative to sand blasting. Does anyone know where to get rims plated cheaply otherwise Im just going to paint them and would like some advise on what type of paint I should go with. Thanks guys.
BRAD D
people who do chrome can also remove it, i think they just reverse polarity.
Guest Anonymous
A local powder coater told me that, he could sandblast chrome and powder coat over it.. You might consider powder coating.
