Matt Cramer Posted March 17, 2011 Share Posted March 17, 2011 Did you scope the sensor itself or the circuit output? The output would be a squareish wave for MS, the sensor itself should be sinish. We checked both. The raw signal from the sensor just went crazy at high RPM - we may have to get him to bring back this car if we decide to test out an "ultimate" VR conditioner on the grounds that if it can handle this crank trigger, it can handle anything. I bought a cheap wheel off ebay that was pretty ugly to start, but I just mounted it up anyway, and spun the balancer with a file against it to clean it up. Any machine shop could just chuck the whole balancer up in a lathe and turn a new (perfect) circle onto it pretty easily . . . Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
