75 280Z Turbo problems

Hey guys new to the site and need some help whats going on is i have 75 280z N42 Block N42 head N42 intake manifold E31 camshaft to start with and engine is beautiful inside nice cross hatching in the cylinder walls bearing are perfect ive kept the oil chaged with valvoline 40wt and i gotta say i love the car but this thing is starting to drive me up the damn wall, alright now what Ive put on it so far not counting the hours

 

Tci 12 gal fuel cell

Trick flow fuel pump it supports 500 horse they claim im not positive about numbers right now

Aeromotive fuel regulator with boost proportioning 1to1 refrence

Mallory hyfire 6 with boost proportioning tuned at .8DEG/1psi retard but i can tune it all

BBK 56mm throttle body

Aireaserch T04 turbo .60 trim cold .98 hot with t3 factory manifold and adapter to t4 with 3.5" down pipe 3" exhaust

ford 5.8l fuel injectors,because they fit and thats what i had

BOV right now no wastegate but bov with flutter at 18 psi

 

now one problem hahah i kinda ran out of money to go to megasquirt and im still running the L jetronic crap,is there anyway to make any power out of this system cause this thing runs really hard hitting 16 psi boost and climbing till 4 thousand rpm or so then it starts running like crap and falling on its face and the i stop and try it again and sometimes it will barely even move itself, i have cleaned every connector i have found and changed the injector plug ins i have found and right now im straped for cash any ideas or advice would be great cause i dont know anybody personally whos into the z cars anymore i dont get on here very often but i will within the next week and a half so if you could keep an eye on the posting i will get back to you thanks again

my ford e150 van with 5.8 has 19lb/hr injectors. the injectors have orange color code on them.i think the original 280zxt injectors were 24lb/hr.if you keep running this thing up till it leans out you risk major motor.damage.the my z has 44lb injectors with a vipec ecm.there is no easy way to change out the efi system-i ripped out all old zxt stuff and started over with new connectors and built my own harness.used to rum megsquirt but it seemed like i was always chasing problems with that.but that is just my opinion on ms-your results may vary.all of the guys on this website that have a running high horspower l28 turbo hava had to learn alot about efi systems to make the hp

yeah i belive they are 19lb injectors but mine are yellow top, like i said its what i had to use but i can tell you it still runs rich Ive bumped my fuel pressure up to 50psi and it also raises with boost pressures,so with boost 65 psi on the injectors which may be to much but ive never hit detonation on it yet but im keeping an eye on it, as for my system i can tune everything on my ignition its has twin rev limiters,rpm windows,boost to retard deg i can set it from 0 deg to 14 deg retard per pound or boost and its messured through a 3BAR MAP sensor its a CD setup, hey randy77zt what MS were you running before you went to viper, 1 2 or 3? and how easy was it to setup the viper system cause ive heard alot of people curse MS installation
