The car was sitting since 1991 before I bought it and right before it was parked it was inspected and serviced and has paperwork to prove it that i found in the car, but the previous owner also left it sitting with the spark plugs out... I have siphoned out any fluid in the holes and it seems to just be some oil with a little bit of rust in it. So over the next few days/weeks I'll be soaking it to try and make it move free. Fingers crossed that the rings will hopefully be OK!
