As of right now the only things I have got done is I took off the ugly U.S. spec bumpers and started freeing up the locked motor. I also started pulling out crappy old scraps of carpet and such. Luckily although the drivers seat and carpet/floors are about scraps the dash and consoles are near perfect condition no cracks found yet!
