i've been a member here for at least a year or so and distinctly remember your sig as being one of the first to stand out.
and this is the FIRST PICTURE of your car i've ever seen.

in orlando (and I'm sure several places) you can rent exotics such as the ferrari 360 modena spyder etc...just a matter of talking to the right people.
ask a rapper, lol. none of the cars in their music videos are theirs!
-
veritech: orrrrr maybe not. hahaha
240zr... isn't the SVT focus RWD? its a shame they discontinued it after producing so few of them. it was the only factory focus ever made that had some balls!
I remember reading an article in sport compact that said it had such a problem with traction that it produced better 1/4 mile times with three people in the backseat! haha

is this the "daytona" kit?
-
the offset is +42 so you will probably need to run a spacer. what size I couldn't tell you though. i'm sure someone around here can give you a good estimate
-

for...ya know....informational purposes!

well there is no "drift scene" her ein jax so it's all new to me
i've watched hours of video and just about the entire intial d series
but don't have any drift experience :|
-
HAHAHA good point
let's dooooo eeeeeeet!
maybe we can share some drift tires? that $hit can get expensive!
-
really....? just wondering why is that, sorry if its a newb question?
since it's been revived
since posting my previous post in this thread i've seen a few videos of FF drifting. It's neat and all but they really can't stay sideways as long as FR cars. if you can find the falken civic hatch drift video you might be as surprised as I was at how far the guy was slingin it sideways!
-
HAHAHAHA @ magnum zi
that's going in my sig for sure.
and i don't know the first thing about drifting. i'd embarrass myself if i entered an event!
-
gahhhhhhhhdamn i want those wheels so bad
-
looks good man. i should do that. and you don't have to mark your wires if you gotta pull up your valve cover for whatever reason?
-
sweet! whered didja find it? I wonder what spoiler that is....

if you posted pics right this very second I wouldn't apologize.
b sosick you can appoligise very soon...when its finished. lol. . a friend took some pics and they will be up soon.as for steering rack' date=' just look at the cars natural turning radius, it kinda blows...what we did is have a new rod machined longer and more teeth cut into it. also we cut some of material off the ends of the rack body and used a jam nut to adjust and stop over travel...we have effectively and safely doubled our steering angle. this way we can get good amounts of angle without excessive toe out..
the main reason we did this mod was to be much more consistant, if you can get more steering angle, you are more likely to avoid spinning by having more countersteer..ive hit the steering stops a few times thinking i had some more steering left..but dident....errrrrrrrr spin[/quote']

NOOOOO
I saw that car while driving to my co usins house here in jacksonville FL. I pulled over to take pictures. and the owner came home and talked to me about it. he was sort of a jerk. but he told me it was a rare kit called "daytona z".
