Making one of my two 240z's into a hybrid V-8 with an LS1. I'm not a mechanic so I could use any help I could get. I'll also have some parts available to sell or trade as I get going. The 1971 I'm keeping original(E31 Heads) but I need to know about so much that I don't know where to start. Rob a bank, I guess...NOT but I do need any help that anyone would be kind enough to share!

About Me

I'm an ex-heating/air conditioning mechanic who is disabled from getting hit by a semi-truck. I can't turn a wrench but have been carrying a 1971 240z for 16 years now. I also have a 1972 which, with a little help from others before me, can help guide me through making it a hybrid V-8, LS1. Ineed to learn everything from a suspension that doesn't cost too much, but will be good enough to handle the power! Also, I'll need some input.....awwww!! I need input on everything from A-Z(240), that is!

I've had a 78 280zx, 85 300zx~instuments looked like a plane at night. But my Dream is to restore the 1971 back to original and the 72 to a hybrid. Since I'm on SSDissability money is a problem and the dissability keeps me from doing too much. I hope to find someone here in Dallas, Texas who might help as I get money. The 1972 may have some parts that may be for sale. Keep that in mind if you might need something down the road. I'll have a motor, various suspension parts and I'm not sure what else will shake out as the hybrid gets going.

My names, Donnie & I can be reached at digginya62@aol.com for any help or suggestions you may have?
